The soft box is easy to assemble and works well. It provides a novel lighting effect and I found it useful in an array of different soft boxes and a beauty dish to create a theatrical light.
I have had some teething issues with the speed ring on an Elinchrom. Viewfinder have offered at their expense to replace everything, not just the speed ring, which is good customer service. A good company is marked by its ability to address problems and this they are doing well.
